SMART SOLAR UKSolar Panel Installation -Excellent customer service throughout starting with a site survey by the project manager accompanied by the chief electrician.All stages of the installation were completed to our complete satisfaction, including: scaffolding erection and removal, roofers who were installing the panels (who even came back for a half day on a Sunday to finish off) and electricians, who also installed a new consumer unit.The system is monitored continuously for efficiency and further advice if needed. Smart Solar UK is a very efficient, knowledgeable company that really knows the solar PV business. They came out to work on my 17-year-old system, and did a marvellous job. Done on time, on budget, and left everywhere tidy and clean. I was informed throughout the process of any issues arising, and nothing seemed too much bother. All the necessary paperwork was supplied for my records very quickly. If you need any help with PV, or have an existing system that needs work, I would strongly recommend using them.

Following an in depth market review of no less than 10 companies we appointed Smart Solar UK to install a Solar PV System to our factory. Not only were they very competitive on costings, but their knowledge, experience, and support really stood out against the competition. Though the install was completed in Dec 24 (a challenging month for any kind of roof works) everything went to plan and completed on time. As an operating factory we needed some flexibility on mains connection and Smart Solar were happy to accommodate. Smart Solar UK installed our solar system in December 2023, comprising 9 panels and a 10kWh battery. Whilst we knew we wanted to take advantage of solar power and that environmentally it was the right thing to do, we had very little knowledge or understanding of what would be involved and confess to some anxiety as to the aesthetics and installation process. We needn’t have worried; from moment one and throughout the whole project, the team were professional, considerate, and clear in their explanations and helped us to understand more clearly the full process and benefits. Service delivery in terms of the installation team was exemplary and the end result was outstanding. We are delighted with the quality of the products but importantly the design and fitting of the panels was exceptional - they look fantastic

Due to the scale of the project, I was required by our Board of Directors to get several quotes. Smart Solar UK were very quick to respond and actually came to visit the site that same day to talk more in detail about our requirements. From day one they were exceptional, knowledgeable, speedy communicators, attentive to detail and extremely flexible and patient with us given that our project requirements kept changing. They not only gave us the best price, but also the best service. They were extremely informative and advised us on the best solutions throughout. When choosing a company to work with (particularly as we are a charity) it is paramount you have faith, trust, and a good rapport with who you are dealing with. The follow-up care has also continued; so often once the work is done and the invoices are paid contact stops, however, I cannot speak highly enough of Smart Solar UK and will continue to recommend them to others.
